Helped me out even out of town
Mr Shaffer and his staff are not only professional but very caring. I live in Washington state and applied for a gun license. Little did I know I had a misdemeanor bench warrant from 2003 so my permit was denied. Since going to California was out of the question I called around to different attorneys and was told that it would cost $1300-3500 to have this resolved. The other attorneys couldn't give me a straight quote which made me feel uneasy especially since I've dealt with shady lawyers before. When I called Mr Shaffer, not only did he give me a straight quote when I related my prior bad experiences with other attorneys taking my money and not doing the work he let me pay a down payment and pay the rest on completion of my case without having to browbeat him.
