Ivory answered my call at 6:30pm on a Friday, and agreed to come clean our rugs on Saturday. He was 5 minutes early and had great communication, texting to confirm the time and address. The price was reasonable and he negotiated with us. It only took an hour to clean our 3 rugs. He was very thorough. They also detail cars, clean gutters, pressure wash, and a few other things!
