      I went to this place last week and the service is really bad. The manager Daniela doesn't even speak English. I would speak to her in English and she would answer back in Spanish like I'm suppose to know!!!! plus she has an attitude that I didn't like at all. A manager who doesn't speak Eng, really???? Then they charge 50.00 to renew policy ridiculous!!! I got up and left and bought my policy somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO VERONICA'S ESPECIALLY EAST L.A. LOCATION. THANK YOU!!

      Agents in this office make you feel welcomed, and are very friendly....they have excellent rates....I would recommend them to anyone....give them a try :)
