Helo all. I wanted to come here online and write a nice little review for this comapny ebcause I really enjoyed working with them. So i found them here onliine, and liked the other reviews that I readf. I called, and was helped by a very nice young lady name Michelle. She was so sweet and helpful. She answered my questions and helped guide me in the right direction with what I needed to get repaired. When the repair man showed up, he told me it was the very same thing that she figurwed it to be over the phone. He broguht his supplies with him, and got right to town. It was impressive as to how fast he worked on it. I really thought it was amazing how he kenw that stuff. I wish I was half as handy, but now I am glad I found somene to deal with my garage door issues. Highly reocmmendede.

Not onyl did they make time to come out for me the same day, but they were able to come at the time that I got off work which was after dark. He had no problem working in the dark, which was concerning at first, but he was completely fine. There was no extra charge for the late visit either. Great for garage door reapirs. I needed to get my garage door opener fuixed. I had a different company come out first and tell me that I eneded a whole enw opener, which I knew right way was bullcrap. I had a techinicnan from this comapny come out, and he really kenw his stuff. I was very impressed by him. He fixed it in like ten minutes, that guy was quite. Reallynice to have worked wih him.

We love our garage door! OMG it is beautiful! I cannot stop looking it!! Wow, I had no idea that such nice garage doors could be so cheap. I have always seen this garage door on houses, and all I could think is that they must be super pricey. What ended up happeing was that I was calling around for aluminum garage doors ( since they are the cheapest), and out of curiousty asked how much the glass doors were. I was shocked that they were so cheap. So glad I asked too… the installation was very smooth, and this comany was very easy to work with. Overall, great expereicne, and excelelnt and rgeat quality prodfuct.

I really enjoyed working with Donovan. He is one of their maintenance guys, and they sent him out to work on my garage door. I needed to get the springs changed out, and I was able to get some really good pricing. It was kind of like a 2 for one deal, since I needed to change both. I am sure glad that I got them for so cheap because I was looking online and it can get pricey. Donovon actually told me that this company frequently checks the going rates for services, and then tries to lwoer thier prices a bit so they stay competetive. Very impressive, and convenient.

The cables on my garage door broke. My husband tried to look on line to find cables so he can try to repair it. I am so glad he didn’t find the cables on line so that he wouldn’t try a DIY. Highly recommended!! Great service. A torsion spring on my garage broke. So the door no longer opened or closed. One phone call and Danny was able to get out to my house the same day. Within 30 -60 minutes, he not only had the new parts installed, but also inspected and confirmed that other parts of the garage mechanisms were all in excellent condition as well. Daniel came out and told us the motor on our unit was shot and we needed a new opener. He helped us find one in our budget and got it installed for us.
