I brought my 2 young twin daughters in for their 1st dental visit. This was supposed to be a fun,exciting time for our daughters. We built them up for a week. They were so excited that today was the day to meet our dentist and have a positive experience for our girls. Well It was anything but. The first impression of the office staff was messy and un-organized I waited at the counter for a couple of minutes before they even acknowledged me. After being checked in I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time trying to keep 2 twins entertained. When our time came the dentist seemed irritated and low on patience. She rambled on about some personal thing going on and life sucks. She was not loving and kind to the girls and when we left both girls told me that lady is mean. We won't be going back for sure.

they don't deserve any stars! They refused to keep my son's appointment, because he has autism! They stated that they have never seen a patient with autism, but they do have patients with autism! I even explained that my son has been to the dentist before and it went perfectly fine. Downtown Dental is disgusting!
