Applying for legal aid has been the worst experience ever! Not only have i applied one time ive had to reapply over and over because every time they called me my phone never rang! Got the VM though with no problem. When i called to ask about why this was happening, they dont and dont care they never even returned my calls after i called directly. Seems more like a scam each time i applied and really holding my phone just to not get the call just a VM. I have been trying to get through to these people for over 6 months. An they just dont care.
