They delivered my furniture and I notice a Roach crawling on my sofa so I killed it thinking it was the only one then about twenty minutes later another Roach so now I'm pissed off I call the store, and they came out and when they pulled back the bottom cushion OH MY GOD over 12 dozen roches swarming around

This store is the worst store that I have ever been in, the owner ROY talks to his employees any kinda way in front of costumers. OK we get it it's your store but that doesn't give you the rights to sware and be mean to your employees, I guess it's OK to talk to your son that way but not your employees at least not on the sales floor

The store is always dirty and not people friendly or kid friendly if you buy a chair, sofa or even a recliner you can bet you butt that it has been broken in by the employees in other words they sit in the chairs and look at the TV on the wall

Hello my friends if you rent a U-HAUL from these guys please check 3 things , first check the gas hand let the truck run a few minutes, because the employees and the owner use the trucks for personal use, second check the miles before you pull out the parking lot as I said before they use these trucks and you might be paying for their use of the truck and third all way lift up the back door and look inside and see if a HOMELESS man or two maybe sleep, I got all way home and had to bring Coony back and I live in SOUTHMOUNT

Great business the first time around, so we went back. Not so much the second time. Is it too much to ask for a timely response in regards to another business transaction? That's not how you conduct business!!!!!!! Quite frankly, we were offended!!!!!!!!!!
