Very friendly. Not reliable. Ordered a part with a down payment on a Weds. . Was told by Mike that it would be probably Monday when it should be in. Called and talked to Mike on the following Weds. I wanted a status on the part. He stated that he forgot to order the part. after further discussion, he stated that he normally waits until he has enough parts to fill his order. Then' Mike states that he will order the part today and it could be in by tomorrow. If it is in stock. I asked him why couldn't he find out right now and get back with me. He stated that he was working on a $300.0 item now and would not be able to do that till this afternoon. Are you kidding? First he tells me that he forgot, then tells me that he waits until he has enough parts to fill his order and then tells me that he can't help me now because he's working on a $300.00 item. What happened to customer service? Is this how they treat their customers? Because my part only cost around $50.00, I was nothing to him. Too bad. Will take my business elsewhere.

do not take your stuff here they are horrible we brought our commercial vacuum there they said the motor was shot and it would be $200 to fix it then when we said no they tried to charge us $40 for looking at it which we did not pay no one mentioned a fee for diagnosing the problem then we took our vacuum to another shop who listened to it and said it was clogged then reached in pulled it out and handed it back free of charge works perfectly so therefore Discount Vacuum and sewing are crooks beware!!!
