Great Service!!

I had a situation where I came home and found my dog with his eye hanging out. I was frantic and took my dog here; since it was the only place open at that hour. They took Pugsey, they were very concerned and caring towards him. They kept him overnight. When I returned, they had put his eye back, there was no damage to his eye; and he was in excellent condition. Yes, it was a little expensive, but the ordeal was serious, and i'm sure if I had taken him anywhere else they would have charged a lot more. I would advise anyone to take there animal there for care. They are very kind, and caring towards your animal.

Cindy M.

I dont think i can manage to say one good thing that this clinic had done for me pet. I had brought my pug Bunni in because she was having a difficult time breathing and was very concerned. Me and my neighbor rushed her to the animal clininc to have them hopefully "save the day".. what a mistake! When I arrived they took their time checking me in. After waiting for for what felt like centuries they finally called me into the room where Dr. Scott was able to see bunni. After getting her temperature (which was only one degree above average) he freaked out and and said the only problem my dog had was a fever, and we must give it a cold water enema. I was furious to hear this my poor bunni was laying on her side having the hardest time breathing and the only thing he could offer to do was an enema! After i asked him about treatment for her breathing he couldn't give me a response and then said my dog needs a dental! of all things a dental what about medication to help her breathe!? to say the least after he told me that, i left and drove down to Newhall to another clinic that was open and they were able to help me tremendously! Bunni was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. If she wouldnt have gotten treatment at All Creatures she probably would not have made it through the night.. Thank God for them that I still have Bunni, now on daily medication but still the sweet loving pug I've always had

I have taken two cats there in the wee hours of the morning. I have found that the staff and Dr. were very caring and knowledgeable. They saved the day!! ( and my cats) They were also very helpful over the phone.
