The experience was one that I would not have believed it if I had not been there. The owners took advantage of an elderly lady who had no idea this was a shady type business (scammers). She was taken advantage of as well as disrespected by the owners who lied about getting authorization to do work on her car, as well as lacking integrity, what one would expect from a reputable bus. Do not do business with this company because they are not nice people and will take you for a ride that you will wish you never got on.

I've taken both of my vehicles to AV Auto Diagnostic & Smog several times over the years and I'm pleased with their work each time. They provide excellent service and always answer all my questions.
