This place has amazing service and great units. I have had two climate controlled units at Melancon I-49 Storage and have loved my experience. The buildings have great temp control and always smell great. The units were spotless when I moved in and haven't had any issues. Everything is stored safely and stays in shape.

On top of the the superb service that is the facility, service is great. The front office really cares about helping me (and all of their other customers) solve any problems that I need storage for. They are very easy to work with and care about my experience.

I love having a unit so close to home! Easy to access, well cared for grounds and good staff!
