Our inspections exceed Tenneessee State standards without additional costs. Whenever possible we give helpful advice, such as "here is a method to repair this problem..." We give insulation, heating & cooling, air leaks, and other energy losses special attention. Reliable referrals for repair companies are provided upon request.

Tennessee Home Inspector license #101. Fully insured. Previous owner of a ServiceMaster fire & water damage franchise for 11 years - great mold experience! State of the art equipment used for mold and radon gas measurement. Instant mold particle count eliminates guess work immediately. Infrared camera to thermally scan for wetness and energy loss. EPA course trained in measuring radon gas levels.
