Poor workmanship. The deck that they built for us was not to code and they did not even pull a permit. We can not use it for the purpose we wanted to. Unfortunately we paid in full and now are having difficulties in trying to get them to communicate with us to fix the problem. They use the name American but they put no pride into their work.

Wow! What more can I say... I had a bad experience with American Home Improvement. Very bad at construction and very bad office personnel. $21,000.00 badly invested. Would not even pass knox county code. I will never refer this company.

I hired this company to put me on new siding, windows and a new sunroom. It was the worst mistake I ever made. It was supposed to take 21 days to do the job but in the end it took over 8 months and they left part of my exterior wall opened and exposed to the public and elements. They also must have changed contractors over 10 times. It looks like crap and part of my siding is starting to fall off along with the cheap lumber they used to build my deck. I tried to straighten the problem out and give them numerous times to fix the problems but when I would call the young lady that owns the place would just get rude and hang up on me. If not paing them would have been an option I would have done it but they took all of their money up front, BIG MISTAKE! I would not recommend them to anybody. J. Milsap
