This is one of the poorest run establishments I have ever been to. Not only does a gel manicure/ pedicure take 3 hours, the owner is extremely unprofessional. I called the next morning of my pedicure, because my nail became infected. I was placed on hold for over 7 minutes. When I arrived the owner, who answered the phone initially, had the phone off the hook due to too many calls. Upon my arrival, 7 different nail techs had no idea how to take out a nail properly. The hair dresser had the audacity to tell me that I did not know what pain is due to that fact I have not had a baby. The owner said nothing to her staff's remark and became extremely defensive due to my complaint. This was the most disrespectful, insensitive, disgusting comments I have ever heard. All the owner does is hang out with friends while she is there rather than run her business. They put a Groupon, and cancelled appointments for people with the Groupon. The nail techs are very nice there however due to poor management, they will surely loose all their business. And yes, the owner is friendly and nice however do not give a complaint because a whole other side will come out.
