The restaurant s menu primarily consists of seafood items, including lobsters, crab legs, shrimp, clam chowder, beer-battered fish, clam strips, salmon and scallops. It also offers steaks, chicken, catfish, seafood pasta dishes, appetizers, desserts, selective dishes for children, and nonalcoholic beverages and alcoholic drinks. Red Lobster restaurants is owned and operated by Darden Restaurants, which is one of the world's largest casual-dining restaurant operators. Darden Restaurants also operates the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Bahama Breeze, Smokey Bones Barbeque & Grill and Seasons' more than 50 national restaurant chains. With a location in Henderson, Nev., Red Lobster also offers memberships for the seafood lovers club.
