Paid $50 for an oil change on a 4 cylinder car. When they were done they lowered the car while forgetting that they had an oil pan sitting underneath it on the floor. When they tried to drive it the oil pan was catching, so instead of lifting the vehicle off properly they stick one leg of the lift under one corner lift it improperly and drag the pan out. They bent my door frame in the process. I complained about it at the spot, to which I was told that this is a "strong spot" and that is where the vehicle should be lifted from. May be, but you should not have tried to lift the entire vehicle from that one spot.

Careless, expensive and won't accept responsibility.

I never write reviews but I am thrilled with the customer service I have experienced! They explain everything from the how to the why. I thought I needed my brakes done and would have paid them to do it today but they said it wasn't necessary yet. Unheard of for a mechanic. great deals and great customer service....i really recommend this place.
