Love the place, love the staff except for one heavy set girl with blonde hair! Lost my credit card and had to get one reissued, let staff know about it and they said no problem just come in before your month unlimited was up and give new number.... well came in before my month didn't have my wallet, I was coming from the gym (my fault) and girl said they run the cards the 5th of the month and I should of read my contract (OMG REALLY?) I had to pay a one day fee which is a just about a third of the monthly unlimited, since I didn't have my wallet anyway I was out. This isn't a real big deal but the girl was quite snotty! I can afford the extra it's no big deal but the way the girl talked to me was unacceptable! She most definitely lack conversational skills, not a person I would have at my front desk. My apologies to the rest of the staff, all of them were very nice.....

I was forced into three month membership by a girl by the name of Sarah at the first and Nees location. I thought I had fulfilled my obligation and I never received a letter or phone call. Apparently I did not. I set up a month to month this year and went into tan at the First and Nees location and this same girl refused to tan me and told me I had two separate accounts in the system. She said she would have my other account removed and I would not be able to tan. She argued with me in front of customers. I have never been treated this way in my life. I had to drive to the Clovis location to tan. I tried to call the corporate office and left a few voicemails, but only received a callback when I was at work and called back and nothing. I cannot believe they would employ people that behave this way and have no accountability. Deplorable behavior

I love the First salon! The salon is really clean and the staff is always so friendly and helpful!

I went to the Sunsational tans on first and Nees and I told them it was my first time and I was nervous but the girl did not explain my questions completely and when i was done there was no wipes that I can wipe my feet and hands. with the money they charged they can provide some wipes. the day after my hands and feet are the only part that have color and the color is not the same on the palm of my hand than the rest of it.I hate it and I will never go back there again.

Overall, I had a great experience. They did a wonderful job. I did the mystic tan. It was my first time. They answered all my questions thoroughly. They made sure I was comfortable and offered a lot of helpful information. I came out with a beautiful glowing tan the next morning. There was a new girl working, but luckily some one was training her on all of the procedures. The trainee seems to have a long way to go, but the experienced worker knew what she was doing. Thank you.
