The Energy Resource Center, also known as ERC, develops a range of energy-efficient and environmental friendly technologies. The center has been in operation since 1995 and serves energy and environmental decision makers. It organizes various seminars, workshops, presentation and demonstrations on topics, such as air quality, combustion and climate control. The Energy Resource Center covers an area of more than 44,500 square feet. The center has an over 9,000-square-foot exhibition hall that accommodates nearly 700 people. It offers consulting, technical assistance and computerized equipment simulation services. The Energy Resource Center is a part of Southern California Gas Company, which is one of the largest natural gas distribution utilities in the United States.
