Let me first start by saying that I have shopped at this location for many years. I've gone here first because they always have more of a variety and with 2 picky girls it makes it easy to shop. Yesterday 01/16/2017 I went in and bought a pair of khaki pants for my daughter for her work. I bought a size 3 because that is what she requested. Unfortunately she took off the tag that goes on the top the pants. Well no big deal right. They didn't fit so I asked her to take them back to exchange them the next day. She didn't' have the receipt but I thought it wouldn't be a problem. They told her they couldn't exchange them because she washed them. No way! So I came in and brought the receipt. They still refused to exchange them. The man I talked kept telling me there is no way this store would sell this pant in that condition. Well, guess what...you did. Why they were in that condition I'm not sure. After talking with two more people I still got know where. I was insulted being made out to be someone who would not be honest and try to do something to these pants. I went to another store that is in Desoto and exchanged them no problem. And guess what, they were in the same condition. Hmm...makes you wonder. I am so disappointed and will never go back there. What a shame because I really like that store regardless of the location that it sits in.
