I really wanted to taste their Prime Rib so I purchase the 12oz. Drove all the way from Albemarle to concord about 35 miles got my order place for a pick-up got back home to discover that my 12oz. Was mostly fat I would have thought that they would have trim the fat off, but overall I was halfway satisfied the baked potato was good as well, just wasn't what I was expecting I figured Prime rib was the best, but feel I should went to Applebee's and got a better deal on a steaks from them.

I called in a To-Go Order for a soup and salad... how hard is that. They said it would take 15 mins... I gave them 25... and they had not even touched the order yet. They are not set up to handle To-Go Orders like Chili's is next door (Concord Pkwy) (my mistake for not going there). The bartender handles the To-Go Orders...after all the drinks are made. They had no sense of urgency whatsoever. If I could give less than 1 star for this O'Charley's location I would. The attitudes and morale of the workers there needs some work. I suspect poor management must be in place for there to be so little consideration for doing a good job. In general I do like O'Charley's food, but it's not worth putting up with the poor service at this location... Like I said, Chili's is right next door and they're quite good.

food is good - kids eat free but their drinks are very pricey.
