I am fortunate in that I go in yearly for my exam and then every 2-3 years I replace my eyeglasses. Therefore, I really only stop in once or twice a year, max. Every time I walk in the door it makes me smile to be greeted on a first name basis. When I go in for my yearly exam, I am always so pleasantly surprised to find out they stocked up on decaf coffee bc they remember it is what I drink. While waiting to get back to the exam, and even during the initial testings, there are inquiries into how the family is doing and how things have been going at work. The exam is complete and I always feel the explanations about each of my results are done in layman's terms, while the doctor is also open to questions or a my need for clarification. When getting new frames, there is no pressure to purchase anything and my questions and inquiries are always given prompt answers and/or solutions. The annual exam is usually done within the hour and my fitting and selection is usually done within an hour (unless I make the silly mistake of bringing family to "help" pick the right lenses!) When I run out of my supplements, I can email the office, and they ship it out to me! Visiting

Northwest Vision is a professional, personal, and pleasant experience every time. Thanks, team!! See you in a year!

I was having eye issues and was sent to a neuro opthamologist and waited 4 months to get in. After still having issues I mentioned to NW Vision that I wanted to make sure Dr Min had gotten a report from the specialist. They had me come in and see Dr Sims since she specialized in binocular vision and in just a week I saw her, had comprehensive tests and she took her time with me performing testing to determine my double vision problem. Very friendly, professional, patient as is the rest of the staff. I started going to that office when I moved from my hometown and was referred to Dr Min by my former eye doctor in Toledo. Dr Min is also friendly, professional and patient and I highly recommend both of these doctors. They have state of the art equipment and I like that this means they don't have to dilate my eyes for exams since they provide this equipment that eliminates that step. Great selection of eyewear if you wear glasses.
