I have short hair and went to the new Chrome Shop near HEB and Hwy 6. I needed to have someone correct what had been a very dismal haircut just one week previously. The stylist did a wonderful job!! I already have a "next" appointment. This is such a lovely, upbeat salon. I am happy with my corrected haircut which had to become even shorter. But at least it doen't looked chopped up. The price I paid was less than I was charged by my "former" hair stylist.

I had read the review from August 17 and went to see Charlotte. She is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and nice as anything. If you're looking for an expert colorist - she's the one.

A friend recommended that I visit Charlotte at CHROME, It was definatly the best decision I have ever made!! I have never had such good service from such a knowledgeable stylist. Before she even touched my hair, she spent quite a bit of time finding out about my likes and dislikes about my hair. Nobody has ever taken so much time to fine out what my needs are. Charlotte is the most amazing colorist I have ever met. Through interviewing her, I found out that she is an educator for Redken and has performed on stage in front of hundreds of other stylist sharing her wealth of knowledge. I also found out she is the ONLY nationally certified colorist in the area and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend Charlotte for anyone who needs a great stylist/colorist. I was traveling back home to get my hair done, not anymore, I will always find my way back to CHROME.
