This place dose not lisen. We wanted and requested a for basic manicure and pedicures but got gel ones which was way more expensive and not what we wanted at all. Also my gel polish did not stay once I left it came off and my nails are dull looking. Not a good place to go you cant understand them and they cant understand you. So if ypu want to pay more go in there and tjat is what you will get.

BAD BAD BAD. I have 4 girls in the house 3 get their nails done about every 6 weeks. When Carina went in they put a nail on crooked and would not fixit. They were very rude. Dont go there. We will tke our $$$ to nicer people

Hello I went to Queens Nails today and I was beyond EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED I expressed that I was not interested in getting Gel nails they kept pushing it on me, I am an African American Young woman 20 years old and could possibly pass as a teenager and did not feel accepted and seemed like they were trying to push me out the shop as fast as possible. I asked them which grey nail polishes they have and the guy doing my nails was rude picked a sparkley silver nail polish and started painting my nails without even asking if that color was okay and when i asked if he had another color he said that his choice was better and continued painting my nails. When i tried talking to the manager he was passive and rude and shewed me out the door. DO NOT GO HERE

The first time I used this salon it was on a weekend and it was really good. I had my nails done by May and she was great. When I went back durring the week it was very different. The shop was not clean, and the aditude of the workers was that they did not want to be working. As I was sitting there the worker next to me takes off her shoe and started picking at her feet while touching everything. I found it repulsive and will not be returning.
