The absolute worst dog salon I've taken my dog to in Charlotte. He was stuck in a bare, unsanitary cage all day with little attention outside of the 30 minutes he was groomed. They did not listen to any of my requests and cut him the exact opposite of the way I asked them to - instead they just shaved him as well as half of his tail. Awful service and over priced for the awful job they do. pet supermarket chains could teach these people a lesson to give you an idea and I prefer local, high end salons for my dog. That was his first time and will be the last.

Great job! I have been using their full-service grooming for my two long haired dogs for the past year. My pups don't get nervous going into the salon because the staff is so good with them. And they always look great coming home.
