Dr Smith and staff are THE most caring and amazing people. We have taken our pets to her and Dr Carrier for years and have never been disappointed. Doc Smith goes out of her way to take care of our babies. She always personally follows up with a phone call to see how they are doing and sends handwritten cards to follow up as well. They are cost conscious while providing the best care for our furry family. Our pets are happy to go to the vet and that is telling because they enjoy seeing the staff as much as we do.

We have taken all of our dogs to Baywood since the 80's. Both vets (Carrier & Smith) are excellent and so caring. They really care and there is nothing better than that. All of our pets have loved every staff member!!! It will feel like you are part of the family.
