Put a deposit down on a bridesmaid dress before the ownership changed. We then decided to go with a different dress at a different shop. Noone had called to inform me that ownership was changing. I went to get my deposit back and the new owner refused to give it to me or honor it. They said they would call the previous owners to see if they would give me my money back and she would call me within a week. Two weeks later I received no phone call. I called the store and talked to the owner. She had no explanation as to why she never called me back. I asked about my deposit and she said that when she talked to the previous owner when she was buying the store that they were not going to refund any deposits. I told her she said she was going to call them and with a stutter said that she did and they won't give me my money back (she never called) and kept contradicting herself. I will never give this shop any of my business again and neither will any of the people in this bridal party.

Worst experience someone could ever have at a bridal shop! I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from this shop and the communciation between workers, owner, and to me, was horrible!!! When they made mistakes they blamed their mistakes on me and never once apologized. Don't ever go to this shop!!
