Founded in 1967, Fayerweather Street School is a coeducational independent day school that enrolls more than 200 students in prekindergarten through grade eight. The school is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools and is accredited by the Association of Independent Schools in New England. It offers educational programs in science, humanities, art, music, woodshop, growth education, math and Spanish language. The school also provides individual and small group tutoring classes to support children who need extra help. The school offers infrastructure for several sporting activities, such as basketball, soccer, flag football, floor hockey, volleyball, gymnastics and baseball. Fayerweather Street School has its campus located in Cambridge, Mass.
