I recommend you stay away and look elsewhere. He's rude, arrogant and refuses to take responsibility for his work service and workmanship. He installed a heater and hooked it up completely wrong, with the inflow going out and the outflow going in. When I told him, he adamantly refused to believe it and stormed over to my house intending to prove me wrong. Upon seeing his configuration, he admitted he installed it wrong and blamed it on another employee, who he said he was going to fire. He came and corrected the flow. The problem was the incorrect flow caused the DE earth I add was flowed back into the pool. Leaving large piles of sand in the pool. He assured me no lasting damage to heater or filter, said he'd check and replaced damaged filter grids. He'd show me the damaged grids, for which I agreed to pay for. He said he'd clean my pool, only right considering it was caused by him. After completing the work, at his urging, I agreed to clean the pool myself and he'd cover the cost of the grids, again, which I never saw. The cleaning of the pool was about 5 hours and throughout he emphasized how he was doing me the favor, when it was his fault from the beginning. Finally, when I went to put chlorine in the chlorinator, it wasn't there. He removed it! Rather than putting the system back as it was but for the flow problem, he took it out, then said I told him to. Unfortunately, he has no understanding of the truth. Bottom line, poor, poor service and worse attitude. He screws up and acts like he's doing you the favor by correcting it. Then when he corrects it, he changes it on his own, actually removing an essential element of the pool system, then blames it on me. Does that sound like someone you'd like to do business with?
