Very professional service and exemplery conduct!

I would not recommend this salon. I went to get a relaxer and the entire left side of my head was burned. I had scabs and ended up having to spend more money on purchasing Vitamin E oil and antibacterial cream to treat the burns. Also, even though this was the least of my problems at that point, my hair did not look like I had just spent $50 on getting it done. The shampoo woman was slow to respond to me when I told her I was burning, and she used her fingernails to scratch the burns until I asked her to stop. The stylist insisted on using a flat iron even though I specified that I do not use direct heat on my hair. I have been experiencing slight breakage since my visit, which is something I have not experienced in years--my hair was completely healthy before this visit with NO breakage. My calls to the owner were not returned. Again, I would not recommend this salon or return again.
