I have used this company for years. Until recently, I have believed their diagnosis and written them a check,no questions asked. That was a mistake. Several days ago, I called them because our a.c. was not cooling. Their tech came out diagnosed the problem and ended up charging us nearly $500.00. The tech said the coil in the attic was leaking freon and we would have to pay a minimum of $2500.00 to replace it. We got a 2nd opinion. The leak was not caused by the coil. The leak was to a pipe in the outside unit. If we had replaced the coil per BR Air and Heating, we would have been out $2500.00 and would still not have a working a.c. Now I am wondering if in 2013 when BR Air and Heating told us we needed a new compressor and sold us one,did we really need it.

I was so satisfied with their service. They were prompt, kept in touch with me during the process, we're reasonably priced and honest.
