OK prices on appliances but didn't bring all the required hoses for installation. We live about five miles form the store and were scheduled last on the delivery truck. We could have walked them home faster. Still waiting three days later (without a washer or dryer!) for them to tell us when they can install. Extremely poor customer service!! I won't be shopping there again.

The staff is very helful and have great customer service. I enjoy shopping there not just for the discount prices but for the overall experience.
