      Excellent customer service

      My renewal came in pretty high this past time around. Before I could even pick up the phone to call around to check rates, I got a call from my agent saying they had rated me with their others companies and could save me over $200 a year. They called me! I've never heard of an insurance company doing that! So, needless to say, I didn't have to look elsewhere, they saved me a huge headache and money!!!

      Great Customer Service!

      I have had my insurance with King and Brim for the last five years. I like the way I can call the office and always get a human on the phone and not some machine. They are courteous and very helpful.
