Poorest customer service i have ever seen in my life
terrible company , terrible staff, extremely poor services

If I could rate this company a '0', I would. For years, bills have been erratic and no willingness from the company to review. Even during travel, the bills will jump high (based on usage from the previous year). I have been told on the phone that they bill based on past usage averages rather than on your actual usage!
