Classic Collision has been family owned and operated since 1983. We have the technology and resources of a major collision repair center with the attentive customer service practices of a neighborhood bodyshop. For nearly 30 years, weve put customer satisfaction first in all we do. Well get you back on the road safely, quickly, and with minimal hassle. Our founder, Manfred Kammerer, started Classic Collision with a simple goal. He wanted to serve his customers with honesty and integrity, while using the best talent and highest quality materials. This is the second time we have used Classic Collision....the first time resulted in the other insurance company appraiser finding our Lexus was totaled......not something we were prepared for as both the tow truck driver and your service advisor felt the car was repairable. This visit however was a complete pleasure....it has only been one day and so far we find only good things with the repair work performed by you. Hennessey Lexus recommended you both times and both times we have been pleased with the service and friendliness of everyone. Thank you so much for all you have done.
The server was really awesome and the food was as my kid says Yummy!! I will c be coming back here for another great time with friends and good food.

I would like to say the service with Classic Collision was EXCELLENT. This outstanding service began the first day I spoke to them. Their attitude was polite and his concern was to make sure I understood how the process works before working on my car. They explained everything to me when I bought the car in for an estimate and everything will be taken care of. They had contacted Enterprise (which is the rental company I chose) and the driver and car was there to pick me up when I dropped my car off for repairs.
I've done business here before for this very reason - excellent customer service. Will be back if the need arises.

The people at Classic Collision were very helpful throughout the entire repair process. Grant kept us informed about the progress of the repairs and any delays. The repairs were top notch from the body work to the paint to the cleanliness of the car when we picked it up. While the whole accident/insurance/repair process was not enjoyable the people at Classic Collision made a stressful situation much more tolerable. We would certainly recommend them to others and go back if we should ever need other repair work.

They contacted me within minutes of my car being towed to Classic Collision and emailed me the necessary info to get started with my claim. They called me the next day to give me an estimate and detail of the repair work. Repairs to my car were completed earlier than originally estimated and it looks fantastic. I was extremely impressed with the service at the Chamblee branch, and although I live in East Cobb, will certainly bring my car back to this branch if it ever needs additional work. Thank you!
