Worst decision ever made made was to hire this clown. He charges me $1300 and fixed nothing. He made a mess of my lawn and left a pool of water in my basement. He swore horribly the entire time and complained about my water and pump. Do yourself a favor and don’t call.
Great service, responds quickly even on Christmas Eve!!!! Professional mannerisms and would not quit until the job was done!! So impressed so thankful and highly recommended. Thank you Garnet Well and Pump!!!

Had a no water situation and called Garnet. He was onsite within a couple of hours and had diagnosed the problem within a half hour. Repair was complete within an hour. Would definitely recommend him based on his knowledge of wells and well pumps and his professional and pleasant personality. As others have mentioned, he's also very fairly priced.

Garnet is a gem! I called him at 10:00 AM, he was here at 11:45, had the problem diagnosed and started working on it by 12:05. He replaced my submersed pump, along with finding and fixing other issues that have occurred because the system is 32 years old. He had everything needed to complete the job, working straight through without a break. Since I'm a retiree I had nothing better to do than hang around and ask questions. He answered them all, and showed me everything that he found was a problem as he found it. His knowledge and experience show in his work. I would recommend him to everyone. I will not hesitate to call him in the future. He is also a very pleasant and interesting person to talk with. D Mc Berkley Ma

My husband and I purchased a new home in Bridgewater, MA but soon realized there was a problem with our well and/or irrigation system. We called a few local companies. The first told us our pump was not functioning and needed to be replaced -- which would cost us somewhere around $1500. We then called Garnet Well & Pump. We were able to get an appointment within the same week and they came to our home. The service provider was here for approximately 45-60 minutes and the system was functioning properly by the time he left. We were impressed by his extensive knowledge of the workings of the well - as well as how it related to our irrigation system. We were thrilled the job was done so quickly and he saved us the cost and frustration of having to purchase a new pump. Thank You!

Garnet really came to our rescue. My husband and I bought a house in April and ever since we moved in the well pump has been very very loud and turned on every time we used the water. I called Garn et to come and look at it for us. he gave us several different options of how we could handle the problem - everything got fixed, the cost was very reasonable and Garet was very friendly and professional - now we can do the laundry and still hear the tv!!
I am extremely satisfied with the service I was provided. I lost power for about 8 hours on Friday 12/1. When the power was turned back on I had NO water. I called Garnet at about 7:30 PM and he tried to help me fix the problem over the phone (hard to find now a days). When I couldn't resolve the problem he came to my house at about 8:00 PM on a Friday (again who does that). He determined I had a defective part. He was at my house the next morning at 8:00 AM and the problem was resolved by 9:00 AM. Garnet was professional as well as very personable. The price of the service was lower than expected.I know what company I will use in the future and you should too.Thanks again!Jeremy
